Avoid contact with direct sunlight. The colour of travertine may be permanently altered if exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods. Do not do not scrub, soak or submerge in water. Use a damp cloth, or soft bristle brush to clean. Avoid harsh chemicals and oily substances. Use pH neutral cleaners only. Travertine is extremely sensitive to acidic substances, as they are corrosive to the material. All the products are fragile - handle with extreme care.
